Phase Two: Survivors

“Trust God from the bottom of your heart; don’t try to figure out everything on your own. Listen for God’s voice in everything you do, everywhere you go; he’s the one who will keep you on track. Don’t assume you know it all.” Proverbs 3: 5-6

Phase 2: Minimum of 8 weeks

HAIRCUT
No facial hair. Hair may not go over the collar, over the ears or over the eyes. Appropriate hair length and style to be determined by Commanding Officer.

LIVING QUATERS
Survivor is moved out of Bootcamp room and placed in regular dorm as it becomes available.

ADDITIONAL PRIVILEDGES
No longer is required to participate in physical training. However, for health reasons, it is suggested to continue some exercise regiment apart from the Bootcamp training.

CHOIR
Survivors may join the choir in this phase.

PHONES
Survivor is allowed 2 fifteen minute phone calls per week. Survivors must sign up on phone sheet prior to devotions.

MAIL
Survivors may send and receive family mail at this time.

PASSES
No passes during this phase.

RECREATION
No TV in this phase. This includes Movie Night.Recreation Room is open on Fridays and Saturdays after work assignments until Rec Room closes at 9:00 pm.

VISITORS
Visitors may come on Sunday between the hours of 1:30 pm - 5:00 pm each Sunday. Visitors are encouraged to attend the 11 am Sunday Morning Service. All church guests are welcome to have dinner in the dining hall with their families in this phase at 12:30 pm, otherwise, come at 1:30 pm.

LIGHTS OUT
All lights are out each night at 10:00 pm. There should be no gathering or talking at this time. Survivors should be in their rooms when lights go out.

SERVICES/CLASSES
Overcomers must attend all church services and other programs such as Brothers Keepers and Thursday Restoration Classes. They must also attend any Life Skills classes that come available throughout the year.
