Phase Five: Overcomers
“The Lord has taken away your punishment, he has turned back your enemy. The Lord, the King of Israel, is with you; never again will you fear any harm...The Lord your God is with you, he is mighty to save. He will take great delight in you, he will quiet you with his love, he will rejoice over you with singing.”   Zephaniah 3:15, 17
Phase 5: Minimum of 6 weeks

SERVICES/CLASSES
Overcomers must attend all chruch services and other programs such as Brothers Keepers and Thursday Restoration Classes. They must also attend any Life Skills classes that come available throughout the year.

PASSES
Overcomers may receive an overnight pass in this phase of the program after their job completion on Saturday and must be back by Sunday morning at 11:00 am for morning service. He may then continue his pass until 9:00 pm. However, Overcomers must attend the first and last Sunday evening services of each month.

JOB SEARCHES
After completing this final phase, job searches may be done no more than once a week and they must be done by checking the newspapers, following up on leads, and sending out resumes. Wandering around without scheduled appointments are unacceptable.

SPECIALTY CLASSES
(such as Microsoft Training, GED Classes, Basic Reading Classes) Will be filled, based on seniority. Clients from last phase will be asked first and then work to first phase until class limit is made.

PURCHASES
Purchases of clothing, shoes and necessary work items may be purchased at this time for preparation of leaving this facility and to equip for outside work. All purchases MUST be accompanied with a valid receipt. No items are to be brought into the building without first informing the Commanding Officer. Any items without receipts will be considered contraband and confiscated. Only items for future work needs may be purchased.

PHONES
Overcomers may make three (3) 15 minute phone calls per day.

AUTOMOBILES
No automobiles may be bought or stored on this facility at this time.

Men in this phase will have more expected of them because the men in the earlier phases should be able to look up to them. If you are not showing progressive growth, a re-evalution may be made at this time
