Article 15 Hearing

Client Incident Reports
You may have a Client Incident Report written against your actions by a staff member, an employee or a fellow client who is placed over you.

All client incidents will go before the Commanding Officer.

You may or may not be called to attend the hearing. Sometimes judgment may be made without your presence if the Commanding Officer does not feel it necessary for a confrontation.

Once a decision is made, you will either face the Commanding Officer for a judegment or you will receive a discipline statement that you must sign. This statement and judgment will be placed in your folder.
