Article 15 Hearing

Client Incident Reports
You may have a Client Incident Report written against your actions by a staff member, an employee or a fellow client who is placed over you.
|
All client incidents will go before the Commanding Officer.
|
You may or may not be called to attend the hearing. Sometimes judgment may be made without your presence if the Commanding Officer does not feel it necessary for a confrontation.

| Once a decision is made, you will either face the Commanding Officer for a judegment or you will receive a discipline statement that you must sign. This statement and judgment will be placed in your folder. |
